We're at 62 Queen Street South, Bolton, ON L7E 1B3. Our shop is open Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead means less wait time.

Question 2

Do I need an appointment to drop off my device?

Accepted Answer

No appointment is needed for drop-offs — just walk in during business hours. If you'd like a specific time slot or have a complex issue you want to discuss with a technician first, give us a call or send us a text and we'll set something up.

Question 3

Do you offer remote support if I can't come in?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer secure remote tech help for software issues, virus removal, slow performance, and more. A technician connects to your device over an encrypted session and fixes the problem while you watch. Available anywhere in Canada.

Question 4

What types of devices do you repair?

Accepted Answer

We repair laptops, desktop computers, iPhones, Android phones, iPads, tablets, and game consoles including PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. We also provide IT services for small and medium businesses.

Question 5

How much does a repair cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the device and the issue. A diagnostic assessment is $49.99 and is waived if you proceed with the repair. Common repairs like screen replacements, battery swaps, and virus removal typically range from $79 to $249. We always provide a written quote before any work begins — no surprises.

Question 6

Is the diagnostic fee charged even if you can't fix it?

Accepted Answer

The $49.99 diagnostic fee covers the technician's time to assess your device and identify the issue. If we can't fix it or you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee still applies. If you do proceed with the repair, the fee is waived entirely.

Question 7

Do you charge more for same-day or rush repairs?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs are completed same-day or next-day at no extra charge — that's just our standard turnaround. If you have a specific deadline, let us know when you drop off and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is collected when you pick up your device after the repair is complete.

Question 9

How long does a typical repair take?

Accepted Answer

Most common repairs — screen replacements, battery swaps, virus removal, RAM and SSD upgrades — are completed same-day or within 24 hours. More complex repairs like motherboard work or data recovery may take 2–5 business days. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you drop off.

Question 10

What if parts need to be ordered?

Accepted Answer

If your repair requires a part we don't have in stock, we'll order it and contact you with an updated timeline. Most parts arrive within 1–3 business days. We'll keep you updated by phone or text throughout the process.

Question 11

How will I know when my device is ready?

Accepted Answer

We'll contact you by phone or text as soon as your repair is complete. You're welcome to call or text us at any time to check on the status of your repair.

Question 12

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue returns within 90 days of your repair, bring it back and we'll fix it at no charge. We stand behind our work.

Question 13

What parts do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or high-quality aftermarket parts depending on the device and repair type. We'll always tell you what type of part is being used and why before we begin.

Question 14

Will my data be safe during the repair?

Accepted Answer

We treat your data with the utmost care and confidentiality. We recommend backing up your data before any repair, and we can assist with that if needed. We will never access personal files beyond what is necessary to complete the repair.

Question 15

Are your technicians certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our team includes CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified technicians and Microsoft Certified professionals. We've been repairing devices in Bolton since 1997 and bring decades of combined hands-on experience to every job.

Question 16

How does remote tech support work?

Accepted Answer

You download a small, secure application that lets our technician connect to your screen. You can watch everything they do in real time and disconnect at any moment. Once the session is complete, the access is removed. It's safe, fast, and available anywhere in Canada.

Question 17

Can you help seniors who aren't comfortable with technology?
